About the Role
\nRepro Ltd, a leading provider of\u00a0ICT solutions, print services, document management systems, and enterprise solutions, is seeking a highly driven and results-oriented\u00a0Sales & Marketing Manager.
\nThis is a\u00a0hands-on senior leadership role\u00a0for a proven deal-closer with strong industry knowledge and an IT background. The successful candidate will be responsible for\u00a0personally closing high-value deals, driving revenue growth, and positioning Repro Ltd as a trusted solutions partner for corporate and government clients.
\nKey Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Personally lead, negotiate, and\u00a0close complex, high-value sales deals\u00a0across ICT, print, document management, and enterprise solutions.
\nDrive solution-based and consultative selling, including managed print services, workflow automation, and enterprise IT solutions.
\nDevelop and execute sales and marketing strategies aligned with Repro Ltd\u2019s growth objectives.
\nManage and grow key corporate, enterprise, and government accounts.
\nBuild and maintain a strong sales pipeline, including bids, tenders, and proposals.
\nLead, mentor, and performance-manage the sales and marketing team.
\nOversee brand positioning, marketing campaigns, and market presence.
\nEstablish and manage partnerships with OEMs, software vendors, and technology providers.
\nPrepare and present sales forecasts, performance reports, and market insights to executive management.<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in\u00a0marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
\nMinimum of\u00a05 years\u2019 experience\u00a0in senior sales and marketing roles.
\nProven track record of closing high-value B2B deals, particularly in ICT, print, or enterprise solutions.
\nDemonstrated experience within the\u00a0Print \/ document management \/ ICT solutions industry.
\nStrong IT and technical understanding with the ability to translate solutions into business value.
\nExperience handling\u00a0corporate, enterprise, and government clients, including tenders.<\/p>\n
