Job Description<\/p>\n
Communicate and record updates from supervisors\/engineers at sites on daily basis.
\nMonitor logistics and stock inventory (i.e equipment, consumables, lubricant, spares, etc\u2026 transportation) and follow up with equipment deliveries.
\nLiaises with Operations Manager on updates and site issues.
\nManage issues arising from sites (technical and access).
\nUpdate all tracking sheets and documents assigned.
\nCoordinate and supervise all activities (reporting, work flow, deliveries, KPIs, invoicing, etc\u2026) with SBCs, supervisors, and teams involved.
\nManage all sites equipment upgrades for tenants hosting; equipment swap, tenant installations, equipment powering, etc\u2026
\nMonitor trouble tickets and ensure closing.
\nAknowledge and fulfil all KPIs set: MTTR, site availbility, budget, etc\u2026
\nGenerate required reports to Operations Manager.
\nControl and regulate diesel consumption at sites.
\nConfirm and monitor public power availability at sites and proper billing.
\nEscalate any site issue that cannot be resolved.
\nMonitor customer satisfaction.
\nFollow up on site documentation.
\nEnsure Company assets in your Region are secure and kept in good working condition.
\nMaintain a database of all IHS assets on allocated sites with updated information and accurate reporting using the IHS Online Maintenance Application.<\/p>\n

Qualifications<\/p>\n
Degree in Electrical\/Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Telecom Engineering and Computer Science.
\nMust be a member of the Engineering Institute of Zambia.<\/p>\n
