Job Description<\/p>\n
Installation, programming, and commissioning of DC rectifier unit, positive 24V or negative 48V systems.
\nInstallation, commissioning, and maintenance of different alarm monitoring units for effective site monitoring including INALA, V-con2, AVIAT, RMATS, ACME, AIO etc.
\nInstallation, termination of data distribution frames, and good understanding of signal generating units.
\nEnsure proper preventive and corrective maintenance of rectifiers, DC System units, alarm monitoring systems and AC units.
\nInstallation and commissioning of different types and capacities of generators, ex: Perkins, FG-Wilson, etc.
\nEnsure efficient operation of batteries and rectifier units, modules and generate reports to the NOC.
\nAbility to design earth formation for lower earth resistance on GSM sites, ensure that earth formation is fully implemented. Ability to carry out earth improvement.
\nGood understanding of diagrams, interpretation of electrical layouts and implementing such diagrams for BTS sites.
\nInstallation, termination, and commissioning of different ATS\/AMF panels including ComAp, Lovato, DeapSea, BE2K panels and generator control panels.
\nComplete site electrical installation within defined timelines.
\nInstallation, maintenance and optimization of solar-hybrid power systems as well as 2nd level support for power system faults
\nMaintain database of Tenancy load evolution<\/p>\n

Qualifications<\/p>\n
Minimum of first Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics with Telecoms and Mechatronics.
\nMinimum of 3 years cognate experience<\/p>\n
Additional Information<\/p>\n
Ability to read and interpret drawings.
\nKnowledge of power electronics<\/p>\n
Ability to guide power Technicians and sub contractors
\nAbility to do installation and\u00a0 maintainance of site energy centre systems ( power cube, IPT,Emmerson and any other site energy centre system)<\/p>\n
Ability to use various mechanical and electrical equipment and tools.
\nComputer appreciation: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, Visio etc.
\nAbility of identifying all equipment faults and parts
\nBudget control
\nKnowledge about safety and environmental standards
\nMust have a valid Driving License<\/p>\n
