Drive revenue growth and expand client relationships by providing expert treasury solutions. Act as a treasury product partner to Corporate and Retail Relationship Managers and formulate treasury sales strategies aimed at increasing banks\u2019 forex position in the market by building a strong customer base. Identify new business opportunities, build strong relationships with corporate clients, and deliver tailored treasury products. Analyze local and global market data, trends, and drivers to advise internal stakeholders and clients.<br \/>\nSummary of Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<p>Develop and Implement the Treasury Sales Strategy to meet the set targets<br \/>\nPrepare and distribute market commentary and participate in client meetings to share insights<br \/>\nMaking regular market analyses to ensure the bank is updated on market trends and behaviors<br \/>\nEffectively market all Treasury Products to customers and report on feedback received from Stakeholders<br \/>\nMonitor Foreign Exchange gains and volumes performance and provide suggestions for improvement<br \/>\nEnsure profitability from all Treasury products and own its performance<br \/>\nCoordinate with assigned Lending Officers to support and develop relationships with business clients and partners<br \/>\nActively market in FX Spot, FX forwards, and derivatives to customers and enhance the business turnover and profitability.<br \/>\nContributing to the development of business opportunities in collaboration with other key product, service, and risk control teams in the bank and enhancement of the customer, treasury service and product offering are the expected deliverables in this role.<br \/>\nPrepare analysis pro forma and sales proposals for client presentations<br \/>\nManaging existing client relationships and constantly tapping new business by effective alignment of client\u2019s needs.<br \/>\nMonitoring service levels and implementing strategic measures to improve customer satisfaction and overall profitability<br \/>\nCross-sell treasury products by organizing training programs and updating business units on treasury product developments.<br \/>\nPrepare and implement a weekly customer visit plan<br \/>\nParticipate in client meetings and analyze client requirements;<br \/>\nFollow up on customer queries and ensure implementation within a reasonable time<br \/>\nEnsure compliance with the Regulatory framework and Internal policies<br \/>\nConclude the Foreign Exchange deals (sale or purchase currencies) with clients on the phone, email, or Virtually;<br \/>\nPlan and Organize Customer events when necessary<br \/>\nUnderstand client business goals, environments, strategies, and industry trends to become a trusted advisor and to identify solutions for customer pain points<br \/>\nParticipate in client calls and analyze client Treasury services requirements<br \/>\nPerform risk monitoring for Treasury products and services and initiate credit and risk approvals<br \/>\nTrack sales activities and timelines to ensure that the deliverables within onboarding project plans are met and are on-time<br \/>\nAdminister work according to internal and external policies and procedures of the bank.<\/p>\n<p>Required Skills and Competencies<\/p>\n<p>Excellent communication skills<br \/>\nExcellent Customer Service skills<br \/>\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills<br \/>\nLeadership skills<br \/>\nAble to modify sales approach to suit client personalities<br \/>\nAbility to cope with organizational change in a positive manner<br \/>\nSeize opportunities without direction<br \/>\nAble to manage multiple demands and shifting priorities<br \/>\nGood Analysis Skills<br \/>\nGood Negotiating Skills<\/p>\n<p>Primary Areas of Accountability:<\/p>\n<p>Qualifications and Experience<\/p>\n<p>Degree in Economics, Finance or Business Administration, Finance<br \/>\nMust have a\u00a0minimum of 5+ years of experience in Treasury Sales Management at a Middle Management Level<br \/>\nMust have\u00a0ACI Dealing Certificate<br \/>\nProven track record in Sales and Business development<br \/>\nExperience working with corporate clients, preferably in a treasury or finance function<br \/>\nExcellent Knowledge of Treasury products and Sales Techniques<br \/>\nKnowledge of Account Analysis and Treasury Management Pricing required<br \/>\nGood knowledge of treasury products, especially structured FX and interest rate products<\/p>\n<p>QUALIFIED &amp; EXPERIENCED FEMALES ARE ENCOURAGED TO APPLY FOR THIS POSITION<\/p>\n<p>Sharing is Caring!
