The role focuses on translating customer insights, usage analytics, and market intelligence into well-designed voice and VAS products that are competitive, customer-centric, and profitable, contributing to revenue growth, ARPU uplift, and enhanced customer experience.<\/p>\n<p>Job Specification<\/p>\n<p>Minimum Qualifications<br \/>\nBachelor\u2019s degree in business, marketing, economics, engineering, ICT, or a related field<\/p>\n<p>Professional Registration<br \/>\nZIM or any relevant membership<\/p>\n<p>Minimum Experience<br \/>\nMinimum 2-3 years\u2019 experience in telecom product management, preferably in data (mobile and fixed) and\/or devices.<\/p>\n<p>Key Skills<br \/>\n\u2022 Product strategy and lifecycle management \u2022 Customer and usage analytics \u2022 Pricing and revenue optimisation<\/p>\n<p>Sharing is Caring!
