The Security Supervisor will provide leadership, discipline, and tactical expertise, preferably drawing on experience from the Zambia Police or Defence Forces.<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities<br \/>\n1.\u00a0Supervise and monitor daily activities of security guards and ensure full compliance with company security policies.<br \/>\n2.\u00a0Conduct regular patrols and inspections of premises to identify security risks and ensure proper functioning of security systems.<br \/>\n3.\u00a0Develop and implement security procedures and emergency response plans.<br \/>\n4.\u00a0Train and mentor security staff in discipline, safety procedures, and professional conduct.<br \/>\n5.\u00a0Investigate incidents, prepare detailed reports, and recommend corrective actions.<br \/>\n6.\u00a0Liaise with local law enforcement agencies and emergency services when necessary.<br \/>\n7.\u00a0Maintain accurate records of attendance, incidents, and equipment issued to guards.<br \/>\n8.\u00a0Conduct regular briefings and debriefings for all security personnel.<br \/>\n9.\u00a0Ensure guards are properly dressed, alert, and performing their duties effectively.<br \/>\nQualifications and Experience:<br \/>\n1.\u00a0Former member of the Zambia Police Service or Zambia Army<br \/>\n2.\u00a0Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or security management role (Added advantage)<br \/>\n3.\u00a0Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.<br \/>\n4.\u00a0Knowledge of modern security technology and surveillance systems.<br \/>\n5.\u00a0Ability to prepare reports and maintain confidentiality.<br \/>\n6.\u00a0Physically fit and able to work under pressure, including night shifts and weekends.<br \/>\nPersonal Attributes:<br \/>\n1.\u00a0High level of integrity, honesty, and professionalism.<br \/>\n2.\u00a0Alert, disciplined, and decisive.<br \/>\n3.\u00a0Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
