This position is based in Lusaka.<br \/>\nDuties and Responsibilities<br \/>\n\u00d8 Planning and organizing daily work schedule<br \/>\n\u00d8 Present, promote and sell products to existing and prospective customers.<br \/>\n\u00d8 Service existing accounts, obtaining orders, and establish new accounts. \u00d8 Carry out cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing\/potential customers to meet their needs.<br \/>\n\u00d8 Create, develop and maintain positive relationships with customers.<br \/>\n\u00d8 Reach out to customer leads\/ referrals.<br \/>\n\u00d8 Coming up with resolutions of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction<br \/>\n\u00d8 Assisting with sales administrative duties where necessary.<br \/>\n\u00d8 Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.<br \/>\n\u00d8 Analyze the market\u2019s potential in order to grow the business.<br \/>\n\u00d8 Track sales and generate status reports.<br \/>\n\u00d8 Give management feedback by reporting on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services. \u00d8 Be up to date with best practices and promotional trends.<br \/>\n\u00d8 Come up with initiatives and creative ways of improving sales.<br \/>\n\u00d8 Follow up on merchandisers in supermarkets.<br \/>\n\u00d8 Continuously improve through feedback.<br \/>\nQualifications, Knowledge and Skills<br \/>\no Full Grade 12 certificate<br \/>\no At least a diploma in Sales and\/or Marketing or any related field.<br \/>\no Proficient in the Microsoft office package.<br \/>\no At least 2 years\u2019 experience working in sales in FMCG or the food industry.<br \/>\no Sound work ethic, consistent and excellent timekeeper.<br \/>\no Honest and trustworthy.<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
