The College is seeking to recruit a dynamic, motivated, enthusiastic and qualified individuals who believes in the mission, vision and Jesuit tradition for the role of:<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Library\/ English Teacher<br \/>\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Drive the vision and culture of the College in line with the approved policies<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Implement, and evaluate educational progress of students to achieve the organisation\u2019s objectives;<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Adhere to institutional system and processes to achieve the aims and objectives of the College;<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Bring on Board new ideas that will translate into sustainable student performance and growth;<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0To direct the College operations through the Head of Department, teams and peer educators;<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Ensuring that the College adheres to all risk and child protection compliance requirements.<br \/>\nQUALIFICATIONS:<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Minimum of a\u00a0degree\/ Diploma in Education from a recognized University.<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Affiliation to TCZ \u00a0is a must<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0At least 5 years\u2019 experience teaching both ECZ and Cambridge syllabi.<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Demonstrable experience working in a both public and private learning institutions is an added advantage.<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Preferably a Christian.<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
