This role will partner closely with Hiring Managers to deliver strategic recruitment solutions, support performance management processes, strengthen internal mobility, and build sustainable workforce pipelines aligned with business priorities and safety culture.<br \/>\nYour duties will include but are not limited to the following:<\/p>\n<p>Lead full-cycle recruitment for senior, specialist, and business-critical roles.<br \/>\nPartner with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies, job profiles, and selection frameworks.<br \/>\nProactively source high-quality candidates through direct attraction methods, talent mapping, internal databases, referrals, and professional networks.<br \/>\nConduct advanced screening interviews and facilitate selection processes.<br \/>\nManage candidate experience from initial engagement through to appointment and onboarding.<br \/>\nEnsure recruitment practices align with employment legislation, company policy, and diversity &amp; inclusion standards.<br \/>\nProvide specialist support for performance management, succession planning, and workforce planning processes.<br \/>\nIdentify high-potential employees and support internal mobility and career progression initiatives.<br \/>\nMaintain accurate records of performance outcomes, workforce movement, and role competency requirements.<br \/>\nPartner with HR leadership to implement retention strategies for critical skills.<br \/>\nAnalyze recruitment and workforce data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.<br \/>\nDevelop dashboards and reports on time-to-hire, critical vacancies, turnover, and internal movement.<br \/>\nRecommend and implement improvements to recruitment frameworks, systems, and policies<br \/>\nCollaborate with HR colleagues across sites to ensure consistency and quality of talent practices.<br \/>\nSupport employer branding and community engagement initiatives to strengthen talent attraction.<\/p>\n<p>To be considered for the position, you must meet the following requirements:<\/p>\n<p>Full Grade 12 certificate<br \/>\nDegree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent.<br \/>\nMinimum of (7) years\u2019 experience in a senior site-based HR Talent Acquisition role or similar preferably in the Mining Industry.<br \/>\nDemonstrated expertise in recruiting specialist and leadership roles.<br \/>\nStrong knowledge of performance management, succession planning, and workforce analytics.<br \/>\nAdvanced experience with HRIS platforms and reporting tools.<br \/>\nExcellent stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills.<br \/>\nProven commitment to safety, ethical HR practices, and diversity &amp; inclusion<br \/>\nMust have good understanding and able to interpret the Zambian Labour Laws.<br \/>\nMust be a certified member of the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<br \/>\nWhat We Can Offer You:<\/p>\n<p>A comprehensive compensation package including bonuses and site-specific benefits<br \/>\nThe ability to make a difference and lasting impact<br \/>\nWork in a dynamic, collaborative, progressive, and high-performing team<br \/>\nOpportunities to grow and learn with industry colleagues<br \/>\nAccess to a variety of career opportunities across the organisation.Barrick has a strong commitment to environmental, health and safety management.<br \/>\nBarrick offers employment opportunities to both qualified women and men.<br \/>\nWomen who meet the above qualification are strongly encouraged to apply.<\/p>\n<p>Sharing is Caring!
