{"id":7077,"date":"2026-01-13T16:00:22","date_gmt":"2026-01-13T16:00:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jobs.dataaxisnode.com\/zambia\/job\/standards-and-research-specialist-at-zambia-qualifications-authority-zaqa\/"},"modified":"2026-04-10T00:14:25","modified_gmt":"2026-04-10T00:14:25","slug":"standards-and-research-specialist-at-zambia-qualifications-authority-zaqa","status":"expired","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/jobs.dataaxisnode.com\/zambia\/?post_type=job_listing&p=7077","title":{"rendered":"Standards And Research Specialist at Zambia Qualifications Authority (ZAQA)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES<br \/>\nThe Zambia Qualifications Authority (ZAQA) is a statutory body established pursuant to the ZAQA Act No. 8 of 2024 to develop and implement a National Qualifications Framework (NQF), register qualifications on the NQF, verify and evaluate qualifications and ensure that standards and registered qualifications are internationally comparable.<br \/>\nZAQA is currently seeking the services of suitably qualified persons to fill the positions of:<br \/>\nSTANDARDS AND RESEARCH SPECIALIST (Permanent and Pensionable)<br \/>\nOverall Responsibility<br \/>\nTo undertake the development, review and harmonisation of standards, and to design and conduct research studies that generate credible evidence to support Board approvals, inform policy formulation, and strengthen evidence-based decision-making within the Authority.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<br \/>\nQualifications and Experience:<br \/>\n\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>i) Full Grade 12 School Certificate<br \/>\nii) Bachelor\u2019s Degree<br \/>\niii) Minimum of 4 years\u2019 experience in a Monitoring and Evaluation role<br \/>\niv) Ability to write technical and analytical Reports<br \/>\nv) Ability to communicate effectively in English<br \/>\nvi) Qualifications under (i) and (ii) MUST be verified by the Zambia Qualifications Authority and verification\/evaluation certificates submitted together with the application.<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
