\nAbout the role:
\nOur client is searching for Sales Associates\/Executives\u00a0 who will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new sales opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. You will promote and sell our high-quality stationery and FMCG products to retailers, wholesalers, and corporate clients, while also monitoring market trends and competitor activities to uncover new business avenues. The role requires you to manage your own sales pipeline, provide excellent customer service, and meet sales targets, all while contributing to the overall success of a dynamic and expanding company. \nKey Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to achieve sales targets.
\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key accounts.
\nPromote and sell the company\u2019s s products to retailers, wholesalers, and corporate clients.
\nMonitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
\nProvide excellent customer service and address client queries or concerns promptly.
\nPrepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback.
\nEnsure timely follow-up on leads and maintain detailed records in the CRM system.<\/p>\n
Desired Skills and Experience\u00a0<\/p>\n
A Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
\nAt least 2 years of Proven experience in sales, preferably in the stationery or FMCG sector.
\nStrong communication and negotiation skills.
\nSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
\nExcellent organizational and time-management abilities.
\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.<\/p>\n
Compensation:
\nThe incumbent will receive a competitive salary commensurate with experience.
