\nHealthcare Professionals (Multiple Roles)
\nBackground (Program Context)
\nOur organization is planning to undertake a large-scale health program expected to be implemented across Central, Copperbelt, Eastern, Lusaka, Southern, North-Western, and Western provinces. The program is designed to reinforce frontline service delivery and strengthen health system performance in alignment with national priorities and Ministry of Health strategies.
\nThe program is expected to support priority areas such as HIV prevention, care and treatment; maternal, newborn and child health; cervical cancer prevention and screening; and cross-cutting quality improvement within public health service delivery platforms.
\nOur organization is seeking qualified health professionals who may be engaged\u00a0and deployed to health facilities to support direct service delivery at hospitals and health facilities; as well as district-level technical supervision and support activities.
\nProfessional Profiles of Interest
\nApplications are welcome from suitably qualified and registered professionals, including but not limited to:<\/p>\n
ART\/HIV Clinician Officers
\nRegistered Nurses (HIV care and treatment, maternal, newborn and child health)
\nPharmacy Technologists
\nLaboratory Scientists
\nStrategic Information (SI) and M&E Officers
\nDeployment may occur at facility, district, or program support levels depending on role requirements and implementation needs.<\/p>\n
Core Eligibility Criteria
\nApplicants should demonstrate the following:<\/p>\n
Current registration and good standing with the relevant professional regulatory body in Zambia
\nAcademic training in a health-related discipline appropriate to the role
\nPractical experience supporting HIV programs, MNCH services, cervical cancer interventions, or health systems strengthening initiatives
\nWorking knowledge of national clinical and public health guidelines, including HIV, TB, MNCH, and cervical cancer screening standards
\nAbility to operate effectively within multidisciplinary teams and public-sector service delivery environments
\nReadiness to work in any of the program-supported provinces as assigned<\/p>\n
For data-focused roles, demonstrated competence in health information systems, data quality assurance, analysis, and routine reporting is required.
\nRole-Specific Minimum Requirements
\nART Clinicians<\/p>\n
Diploma or Degree in Clinical Medicine, Clinical Sciences, or Nursing
\nFormal training and hands-on experience in adult and\/or paediatric ART services
\nAt least two (2) years of relevant professional experience<\/p>\n
Pharmacy Technologists<\/p>\n
Diploma in Pharmacy
\nMinimum of three (3) years\u2019 experience in pharmaceutical services, preferably within donor-funded health programs<\/p>\n
Strategic Information and M&E Officers<\/p>\n
Diploma or Degree in Monitoring and Evaluation, Statistics, Computer Science, Health Information Systems, Social Sciences, or a related field
\nAt least five (5) years\u2019 experience supporting health data systems, reporting, or performance monitoring<\/p>\n
Laboratory Scientists<\/p>\n
Diploma in Biomedical Sciences with a minimum of five (5) years\u2019 experience,\u00a0or
\nBachelor\u2019s Degree in Biomedical Sciences with at least three (3) years\u2019 experiences
\nProven experience in molecular testing laboratory environments<\/p>\n
