\nJob Overview:
\nWe are looking for a proactive\u00a0IT & CCTV Systems Supervisor\u00a0to oversee the daily operation, maintenance, and development of the industrial park\u2019s network and surveillance infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, practical experience with system installation and support, and the ability to coordinate across teams to ensure smooth IT operations.

\nKey Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Manage and maintain Internet and CCTV systems across the industrial park.
\nCoordinate with departments and external teams to implement IT and surveillance solutions.
\nInspect, clean, and maintain NVRs, decoders, and cameras regularly.
\nTrain staff on data monitoring systems.
\nProvide desktop support and assist with ad-hoc IT tasks.
\nCollect the requirements of various departments of the company, and complete the installation and management of CCTV and Internet system together with the<\/p>\n

\nSkills & Qualifications:<\/p>\n
In-depth knowledge of IT server rooms and system integration.
\nExperience with mainstream surveillance systems (Hikvision).
\nSkilled in camera and UPS installation and maintenance.
\nProficient with Huawei switches and Windows Server OS.
\nStrong understanding of IT systems in a manufacturing environment.
\nExcellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
\nStrong execution and task ownership.
\nShould be a member of ICTAZ Experience & Education:
\n3+ years in monitoring system operations and maintenance.
\n1+ year in network installation and setup.
\nExperience in large-scale industrial park deployments is a plus.
\nDegree or in IT, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.<\/p>\n
