Swiss Guard Security Company Limited invites applications from suitably qualified candidates to fill the position of Mobile Security supervisor. The role reports to the Operations manager and will be based in Kitwe
\nJob Purpose
\nThe security supervisor will be responsible for overseeing security personnels (Guards) and ensuring the effective operation of security teams. The role involves training, supervising, deployment, visiting clients and managing security guards while ensuring compliance with company policies. The security supervisor will also be responsible for incident reporting, risk assessment and maintain discipline within the security team.
\nKey Responsibilities
\n1.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Supervision of security personnel
\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Oversee all deployments of guards in the assigned locations and manage the performance of security guards.
\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Conduct routine inspections and patrols to ensure security measures are followed by all the security guards.
\n2.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Training and development
\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Conduct induction and training programs for new security guards and organize refresher training on security procedures and protocols.
\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Ensure security personnel understand and adhere to company policies.
\n3. Incident management and reporting<\/p>\n
Monitor and respond to security incidents promptly.
\nConduct preliminary investigations whenever there are any security incidents and prepare detailed reports and maintain records of security breaches and recommend corrective actions.<\/p>\n
4. Communication and coordination<\/p>\n
Serve as a link between security guards and management and coordinate security activities with other departments.
\nProvide regular reports to the operations manager.<\/p>\n
5.Risk management and compliance<\/p>\n
Ensure all security operations comply with company policies and legal regulations
\nConduct risk assessment and recommend necessary security improvement.<\/p>\n

Strong leadership and team management skills
\nEffective communication and problem-solving\u00a0abilities
\nGood report writing and documentation skills.
\nKnowledge of security operations, deployment and emergency response procedures.<\/p>\n
Qualification, Skill and Experience<\/p>\n
Full Grade twelve Certificate
\nValid Motor Bike Licence
\nSecurity training (military, police or similar background preferred).
\nAt least 3 years\u2019 experience in Security supervision
\nAged 35 years and above<\/p>\n
