We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and service\u2011driven Spa Supervisor to lead our wellness team and ensure exceptional, transformative spa experiences for our guests. Job Description<\/p>\n
Oversee daily spa operations to ensure smooth, consistent, and exceptional service delivery.
\nMaintain a welcoming spa environment with perfect ambience, cleanliness, and presentation aligned with luxury brand standards.
\nEnsure treatment rooms, relaxation spaces, and displays are always guest\u2011ready and beautifully maintained.
\nManage appointments, optimise schedules, and support seamless guest flow.
\nDeliver a range of high\u2011quality spa treatments with professionalism, personalisation, and intuitive care.
\nConduct consultations to tailor treatments to guest needs and wellness goals.
\nHandle guest feedback proactively and professionally.
\nEnhance the spa journey through thoughtful recommendations and retail suggestions.
\nLead, train, motivate, and mentor spa therapists to achieve excellence.
\nConduct regular training, refresher sessions, and technique reviews.
\nManage schedules and ensure consistent staffing coverage.
\nSupport overall team morale and continuous professional development.
\nOversee stock levels, product usage, and ordering.
\nMaintain supplier relationships and support product selection.
\nDrive retail performance through effective displays and staff education.
\nSupport retail sales through personalised guest recommendations.
\nUphold strict hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards across all spa operations.
\nConduct routine inspections of rooms, tools, and equipment.
\nMaintain accurate operational and treatment records.
\nEnsure full compliance with Anantara brand standards and wellness philosophies.
\nTrack performance metrics including revenue, treatment occupancy, and retail sales.
\nProvide insightful operational reports to lodge management.
\nAssist with budgeting, cost control, and forecasting.
\nContribute ideas to improve profitability and guest engagement.<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
Recognised diploma or certification in Spa Therapy, Beauty Therapy, Massage Therapy, or related field.
\n3\u20135 years\u2019 experience in a luxury spa or high\u2011end lodge environment, including supervisory responsibilities.
\nProficiency in a wide range of treatments: aromatherapy, deep\u2011tissue massage, facials, body scrubs, wraps, and holistic practices.
\nStrong leadership, training, and communication skills.
\nExceptional guest service approach with impeccable professionalism and attention to detail.
\nExcellent organisational and administrative abilities.
\nComfortable living and working in a remote safari environment.
\nFirst aid certification is an added advantage.<\/p>\n
