The successful candidate will ensure excellent guest service, efficient staff management, and smooth overall lodge operations.<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities<br \/>\nManage day-to-day lodge operations and ensure high service standards<br \/>\nSupervise, train, and schedule lodge staff<br \/>\nHandle guest reservations, check-ins, and check-outs<\/p>\n<p>Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and safety of lodge facilities<br \/>\nManage stock, supplies, and lodge inventory<br \/>\nPrepare budgets, control costs, and maintain financial records<br \/>\nHandle guest complaints professionally and promptly<br \/>\nEnsure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality regulations<br \/>\nQualifications &amp; Requirements<br \/>\nDiploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field<\/p>\n<p>Minimum of 3\u20135 years\u2019 experience in lodge or hotel management<br \/>\nStrong leadership and customer service skills<br \/>\nGood financial and administrative skills<br \/>\nComputer literacy (MS Office and reservation systems)<br \/>\nExcellent communication and problem-solving abilities<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
