\nLIBES invites applications from\u00a0suitably qualified, motivated, and experienced Zambian nationals\u00a0to fill the following vacant position:
\nHEAD OF DEPARTMENT \u2013 ENGINEERING STUDIES (01)
\nReporting to:\u00a0Training and Consultancy Manager
\nPurpose of the Role
\nTo provide academic and administrative leadership to the Engineering Department, ensuring quality training delivery, compliance with standards and effective resource management.
\nKey Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Provide academic and administrative leadership to the Engineering Department
\nManage training delivery within the department
\nSupervise Heads of Sections, lecturers, instructors, and technical staff
\nCoordinate curriculum delivery, assessment, and examinations
\nEnsure compliance with TEVETA standards and industry requirements
\nEnsure optimal utilisation and safeguarding of training equipment and facilities
\nPromote a safe, orderly and clean learning environment
\nEnsure availability of training materials and resources<\/p>\n
Qualifications and Experience<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Engineering or a related field
\nMaster\u2019s Degree will be an added advantage
\nMinimum of three (3) years\u2019 teaching and\/or relevant industry experience
\nAccreditation with\u00a0TEVETA\u00a0and membership with the\u00a0Engineering Institution of Zambia (EIZ)
