\nJob Summary
\nThe Inside Business Partner (IBP) supports business development and sales efforts through lead generation, client outreach, marketing event coordination, and administrative support. This role also ensures smooth front-office operations while helping grow client relationships and drive revenue opportunities.
\nKey Responsibilities
\nBusiness Development & Sales<\/p>\n
Generate and qualify leads through phone and email outreach.
\nInvite clients and decision-makers to marketing events.
\nSchedule meetings and follow up on sales opportunities.
\nPrepare proposals and manage client accounts.
\nClose sales
\nTrack and report sales activities<\/p>\n
Client Relations & Front Office<\/p>\n
Provide a professional and welcoming experience for all visitors and clients.
\nRespond promptly to calls, emails, and client inquiries.<\/p>\n
Requirements
\nThis position requires a Bachelor\u2019s Degree with preferably 3+ years of sales, and sales support experience.
\nWork experience must demonstrate organization and customer service\/sales skills working with corporate clients in a B2B environment.
\nOrganization skills with high attention to detail and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
\nExceptional interpersonal and verbal communication skills and excellent phone skills are required.
\nWe are looking for motivated team players with strong work ethic and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
\nStrongly prefer knowledge of Franklin Covey programs and content.
\nMust have qualifications certified by ZAQA
