\nWe are seeking motivated individuals to fill the following positions:
\n1. IRRIGATION TECHNOLOGIST
\nJob Purpose:
\nTo execute daily irrigation operations, inspect systems, diagnose faults, and carry out maintenance and repairs to ensure efficient and reliable water distribution across all irrigation blocks.
\nKey Responsibilities (Summary):<\/p>\n
Operate and maintain pumps, centre pivots, valves, and pipelines
\nConduct daily inspections, diagnose faults, and perform repairs
\nExecute preventive maintenance and emergency repairs
\nMaintain records and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations<\/p>\n
Qualifications & Experience:<\/p>\n
Grade 12 School Certificate
\nCertificate in Irrigation, Agricultural Engineering, Mechanical or Electrical field
\nMinimum\u00a05 years\u2019 hands-on irrigation experience<\/p>\n
2. MECHANIC
\nJob Purpose:
\nTo diagnose, repair, and maintain tractors, vehicles, pumps, engines, and estate machinery to ensure reliability and minimal downtime.
\nQualifications & Experience:<\/p>\n
Grade 12 School Certificate
\nCraft Certificate \/ Trade Test in Mechanics
\nMinimum\u00a02 years\u2019 practical experience<\/p>\n
3. WORKSHOP ASSISTANT
\nJob Purpose:
\nTo support mechanics and technicians with maintenance work, tool handling, cleaning, and general workshop duties.
\nQualifications & Experience:<\/p>\n
Grade 12 School Certificate
\nBasic mechanical training (added advantage)
\nMinimum\u00a02 years\u2019 workshop experience<\/p>\n
4. STORES ASSISTANT
\nJob Purpose:
\nTo support efficient stores operations through accurate receiving, issuing, recording, and safeguarding of inventory.
\nQualifications & Experience:<\/p>\n
Grade 12 School Certificate
\nCertificate in Stores, Procurement, or Logistics (added advantage)
\nMinimum\u00a02 years\u2019 stores\/warehouse experience<\/p>\n
5. DRIVER
\nJob Purpose:
\nTo provide safe and reliable driving services for staff, inputs, produce, and documents while ensuring compliance with traffic laws and company policies.
\nQualifications & Experience:<\/p>\n
Grade 12 School Certificate
\nValid\u00a0Class C or higher Driver\u2019s Licence
\nMinimum\u00a03 years\u2019 driving experience
\nDefensive Driving Certificate (added advantage)<\/p>\n
6. ELECTRICIAN
\nJob Purpose:
\nTo install, maintain, diagnose, and repair electrical systems and equipment to ensure continuous and safe estate operations.
\nQualifications & Experience:<\/p>\n
Grade 12 School Certificate
\nCraft Certificate \/ Trade Test in Electrical Engineering
\nMinimum\u00a03 years\u2019 practical experience
\nPractising licence (added advantage)<\/p>\n
7. EXCAVATOR OPERATOR
\nJob Purpose:
\nTo safely and efficiently operate excavators for land preparation, drainage works, canal excavation, and related estate activities.
\nQualifications & Experience:<\/p>\n
Grade 12 School Certificate
\nValid Excavator \/ Heavy Equipment Operator Certificate
\nValid\u00a0Class C Driver\u2019s Licence
\nMinimum\u00a03 years\u2019 operating experience<\/p>\n

\nPhysically fit for outdoor and farm-based environments
\nReliable, disciplined, and able to work with minimal supervision
