Job Description
\nExecution and management of contracts, customer on boarding and debt.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Sales<\/p>\n
Assist in achievement of sales volumes, revenue, and market share objectives
\nPreparation of contracts and all relevant customer on boarding documents.<\/p>\n
Customer Relations<\/p>\n
Contract Management
\nDebt Management<\/p>\n
Customer Retention<\/p>\n
To ensure 100% customer retention and up sales<\/p>\n
Reporting<\/p>\n
Prepare daily and weekly activity reports<\/p>\n
Cost Management\/Budget<\/p>\n
Carry out a thorough OPEX analysis and provide recommendations into areas of possible reduction<\/p>\n
Minimum Qualifications<\/p>\n
Diploma in Sales or Marketing or any Business-related course
\nManual Driver\u2019s License with over two years\u2019 experience
\nMember of the Zambia Institute of Marketing (ZIM) or any other relevant professional body<\/p>\n
Key Competencies and Skills<\/p>\n
Sound knowledge of sales methodsand tools
\nIn depth knowledge of processes,services, products, and customer specifications
\nKnowledge of ICT Industry
\nComputer literate
\nUnderstands basic financial terminology
\nUnderstand the principles of effective customer service processes
\nAbility to network and persuade.
\nAble to work effectively at all levels in an organization
\nIdentification of Customer Needsand Challenges.
\nTerritory Management
\nMust be a team player and able to work collaboratively with others
\nAbility to establish and maintainstrong relationships
\nExcellent active listening skills
\nExceptional communication skills \u2013both written and verbal
\nUses discretion to complete assignments.
\nIndependently applies knowledge of technical practices and specialty area standards.
\nStrong business acumen andunderstanding of organizational issues and challenges
\nProvides guidance to others in work area breaking down information in a systematic\/logical manner
\nCultivates good peer working relationship<\/p>\n
Years of Experience Required<\/p>\n
2 years\u2019 experiencein a sales related function. Preferably in telecoms industry<\/p>\n
