Supervise the work of drivers, formulate and implement driver work norms, and ensure safe and efficient operation of vehicles to meet the company\u2019s business travel needs.<br \/>\n2.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Housekeeper Management:\u00a0Oversee the work of local housekeepers, clarify work responsibilities and service standards, arrange daily cleaning, laundry, and other housekeeping tasks, and conduct regular assessments to ensure the quality of housekeeping services.<br \/>\n3.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Vegetable Plot Management:\u00a0Be responsible for the management of the on-site vegetable plot, coordinate the planting, cultivation, harvesting, and storage of vegetables, ensure the supply of fresh and safe vegetables for the staff canteen, and control the related costs reasonably.<br \/>\n4.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Local Canteen Management:\u00a0Assist in managing the local staff canteen, supervise the catering service quality, food safety, and hygiene standards. Coordinate the menu planning, food procurement, and cost control of the canteen to meet the dietary needs of employees.<br \/>\nQUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE<br \/>\n1.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Bachelor\u2019s degree or above in Administration, Management, or related majors. Relevant work experience can be appropriately relaxed for excellent candidates.<br \/>\n2.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0At least 2 years of administrative management experience in Zambia or other African countries, with rich experience in vehicle management and canteen operations.<br \/>\n3.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Familiarity with local laws, regulations, and customs in Zambia is a must.<br \/>\nOTHER REQUIREMENTS<br \/>\n1.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Must reside in Ndola, Kitwe or the surrounding area.<br \/>\n2.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Proficient in both written and spoken English and local languages (such as Nyanja), able to communicate smoothly with local employees.<br \/>\n3.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Strong organisational coordination, management, and problem-solving abilities; detail-oriented and responsible.<br \/>\n4.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Have a good sense of service and team spirit, able to adapt to the work rhythm in Zambia and accept the local work environment.<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
