1. HEAD CORPORATE COMMUNICATIONS<\/p>\n
a) Job PurposeTo supervise public relations functions in order to foster good will and confidence from the public.
\nb) Principle Accountabilities<\/p>\n
To supervise effectively the development and implementation of the communication strategy in order to guide information dissemination on corruption;<\/p>\n
To supervise timely the preparation and the dissemination of media releases in order to provide information on corruption and operations of the Commission;<\/p>\n
To supervise timely updating of content on the website and Social Media platforms in order to provide information on corruption and operations of the Commission;<\/p>\n
To supervise the provision of protocol services in order to extend courtesies;<\/p>\n
To supervise effectively implementation of performance management systems in order to monitor, evaluate and enhance departmental performance;<\/p>\n
c) Qualifications<\/p>\n
Full Grade 12 Certificate;<\/p>\n
Degree in Mass Communication or equivalent;<\/p>\n
Aged between 38 and 45 Years;<\/p>\n
Minimum Eight (8) Years of relevant pre-job experience, five (5) of which should be at Senior Management level;<\/p>\n
Training in Social Media Strategy Management will be an added advantage.<\/p>\n
