Key Responsibilities
\n\u2022 Lead daily operations of the coworking space to deliver an excellent member experience.\u2022 Coordinate front-desk, facilities and community activities; maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.\u2022 Manage memberships, space bookings and onboarding of new clients.\u2022 Track KPIs (occupancy, renewals, satisfaction) and prepare brief weekly reports.\u2022 Support marketing activities and events that build a strong community.\u2022 Train, schedule and motivate staff; escalate issues promptly.<\/p>\n
Qualifications & Experience
\n\u2022 Diploma\/Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Management or related field.\u2022 2+ years\u2019 experience in operations, hospitality or customer-facing team leadership.\u2022 Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.\u2022 Comfortable with Microsoft Office\/Google Workspace; learns new tools quickly.\u2022 Proactive, dependable and able to work some evenings\/weekends when needed.<\/p>\n
