Winco Industries\u00a0is currently constructing a new factory in\u00a0Masaiti District, Mundawanga area, near the Kafulafuta Toll Gate. The site is approximately\u00a01 hour 30 minutes from Ndola City. To meet our construction targets, we are inviting applications for the position below:
\nPosition: Front-End Loader Driver
\nAge:\u00a025 \u2013 40 years
\nExperience:\u00a0Minimum of 3 years operating a front-end loader or similar heavy equipment
\nJob Description
\nAs a Front-End Loader Driver, you will work closely with the engineering and construction team to support the development of various structures, including boarding houses, residential buildings, factory facilities, access roads, and other related infrastructure.
\nKey Duties and Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Operate the front-end loader safely and efficiently to load, move, and transport construction materials such as soil, gravel, sand, and stones
\nAssist with site preparation, including clearing, leveling, backfilling, and grading of land
\nSupport road construction works, drainage excavation, and foundation preparation
\nLoad trucks with construction materials and distribute materials around the site as required
\nConduct daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance checks to ensure the machine is in good working condition
\nFollow instructions from site supervisors and engineers to meet project timelines
\nObserve all health, safety, and environmental regulations on site
\nReport any mechanical faults or safety concerns promptly<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
Proven experience operating a front-end loader on construction sites
\nValid driver\u2019s license and any relevant machinery operating certification
\nGood understanding of construction site safety procedures
\nAbility to work in a team and follow instructions
\nWillingness to work in Masaiti District and reside near the project site if required<\/p>\n
