\nPurpose of Role\u00a0
\nTo provide frontline customer support by delivering quality postal and financial services, resolving customer inquiries, and promoting ZAMPOST products in order to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and revenue growth.
\nDuties and Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Provide accurate information on postal, courier, and financial services.
\nHandle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure timely resolution.
\nPromote and cross-sell ZAMPOST products and services.
\nProcess mail, parcels, and financial transactions in line with established procedures.
\nMaintain accurate customer and transaction records.
\nEnsure compliance with postal regulations, corporate policies, and service standards.
\nContribute to continuous improvement through customer feedback and performance monitoring.<\/p>\n

\u00a0Qualifications\/Requirements<\/p>\n
Full Grade Twelve Certificate with at least five (5) credits including English and Mathematics.
\nDiploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or Business Management will be an added advantage.
\nCustomer service certification will also be an added advantage.
\nMinimum of two (2) years\u2019 experience in a customer service role, preferably in postal, logistics, or financial services.
\nMust be a resident of Shang\u2019ombo & Kalabo districts.<\/p>\n
