\nThe Global Able to Thrive (A2T) CommCare and M&E Specialist will lead technical training, support, and data management for country teams rolling out a case management tool for children with disabilities in CommCare. The role ensures high-quality data analysis, reporting, and learning for disability-inclusive programming, supporting adaptation of digital tools and resources for diverse stakeholders.

\nMajor Responsibilities
\n\u00a0
\nTraining and Capacity Building
\no\u00a0\u00a0 Deliver training for country teams on CommCare case management and related digital tools.
\no\u00a0\u00a0 Coach and mentor staff in effective use of IT systems for data collection and reporting.
\no\u00a0\u00a0 Facilitate learning sessions and adaptation workshops to address emerging issues.
\nTechnical Support & Troubleshooting
\no\u00a0\u00a0 Provide ongoing technical support for CommCare app use, including troubleshooting and user guidance.
\no\u00a0\u00a0 Collaborate with WVUS technical leads to improve CommCare functionality and integration.
\nData Analysis & Reporting
\no\u00a0\u00a0 Analyze quantitative data and ensure quality assurance in data processes.
\no\u00a0\u00a0 Present data in visual formats for diverse audiences, including dashboards and infographics.
\no\u00a0\u00a0 Support the generation of regular reports for internal and external stakeholders.
\n\u00a0
\nResource Adaptation
\no\u00a0\u00a0 Lead adaptation of digital resources (C-Board, Parent Support Group videos, Rehapp, Teacher Tips) for local contexts.
\no\u00a0\u00a0 Liaise with research partners to ensure evidence-based improvements.
\n\u00a0
\nStakeholder Engagement
\no\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Work closely with country teams, local IT, and research partners to ensure effective implementation.
\no\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Foster partnerships with organizations of persons with disabilities (OPDs) and other inclusion-focused groups.

\nKnowledge, skills and experience
\n\u00a0
\nRequired<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s Degree
\nStrong quantitative data analysis and quality assurance skills.
\nProven ability to present data visually and facilitate data-driven learning.
\nIndependent, proactive work style with excellent communication skills.
\nExperience training or coaching others on IT systems.
\nExperience with CommCare or similar electronic data management system
\nUse of digital case management tools and participatory M&E approaches
\nProficiency in English essential<\/p>\n

\nPreferred<\/p>\n
Proficiency in French preferred to improve support to Francophone countries.<\/p>\n
Experience collaborating with research partners and adapting digital resources for inclusion.
\nFamiliarity with donor requirements and ethical standards in M&E.<\/p>\n
