\nKey Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\u00a0Identifying and establishing new business opportunities with potential and existing customers.
\nCollaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and design tailored solutions and services.
\nAnalyze customer needs and align them with appropriate products and solutions.
\nWork closely with clients to gather technical requirements and provide guidance on product configurations.
\nDevelop an in-depth understanding of our product offering and communicate its value proposition effectively to customers.
\nWork closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
\nProvide feedback from customer interactions to help improve product features and functionality.
\nServe as a point of contact for customers post-sale, building and maintaining strong relationships.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
Bachelor of degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
\nCertifications in relevant technologies such as Microsoft and IBM are a plus.
\nStrong presentation and communication skills.
\nResults-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.<\/p>\n
