Secure new business with corporates, NGOs, and government organisations
\nBuild strong, lasting relationships with senior decision-makers
\nLead, mentor, and coordinate a team of sales personnel to achieve targets
\nRepresent I-CATCH professionally in presentations, negotiations, and client engagements
\nPrepare proposals, quotations, and follow-up documentation
\nDrive long-term partnerships and repeat business<\/p>\n
What We\u2019re Looking For<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field
\n5\u20137 years\u2019 experience\u00a0in business development or corporate sales
\nProven track record of securing new business with organisations
\nExperience leading or coordinating a sales team
\nConfident, proactive, and\u00a0excited to work in a start-up environment
\nStrong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills<\/p>\n
