Reporting to Coordinator \u2013 Compliance, the Training Specialist \u2013 Learning Management System (LMS) Compliance, will administer self-paced learning and optimize the organization\u2019s LMS to ensure training is delivered, tracked, and reported accurately.
\nYour duties will include but are not limited to the following:<\/p>\n
LMS administration & configuration i.e Manage user accounts, courses, enrollments, groups, and some system settings.
\nUpload, organize, update, and retire learning content (e-learning, documents, quizzes) with strong version control and standards.
\nAssign mandatory\/role-based training, manage due dates and reminders, track completions, renewals, and certifications.
\nProduce dashboards and audit-ready reports; analyze adoption, completion, and performance trends to drive improvements.
\nProvide first-line support to learners and managers, resolve access\/content issues and escalate to innovation and technology team when needed.
\nMaintain clean learner data ensuring accurate records and support privacy\/security requirements.
\nCoordinate with Innovation and Technology team upgrades, testing, integrations, and management of change communication; gather feedback enhances the learner experience.<\/p>\n

\nTo be considered for the position, you must meet the following requirements:
\n\u00a0<\/p>\n
Full\u00a0Grade 12 School Certificate
\nMinimum Diploma in Computer Studies or equivalent\/ teaching in Mathematics \/ Social Sciences \/ Entrepreneurship\/ Library or Records Management\/ Engineering Drawing \/ Occupational Health & Safety or Science from a recognized learning institution.
\nMinimum 3 years of experience in related roles.
\nExperience with any Learning Management System will be an added advantage.<\/p>\n
