We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Supervisor to lead the sales of consumer internet services (in Lusaka) for Liquid Intelligent Technologies (LIT).<br \/>\nResponsibilities:<\/p>\n<p>Achieve sales quotas (revenue targets and subscriber targets) for consumer internet services in the assigned sales area or region.<br \/>\nSuperior market positioning of LIT consumer internet offerings against competing services\/broadband technologies such as 4G, 5G, fibre-to-the-home (FTTH), &amp; satellite.<br \/>\nMonitor the consumer internet market terrain and competitive environment (Mobile Network Operators, FTTH providers, Starlink, etc.)<br \/>\nEnsure compliance to the regulatory and legal requirements applicable in the consumer internet services landscape.<br \/>\nDesign and selection of the appropriate, suitable, and cost-effective marketing channel (direct, merchants, facilitators, or agents).<br \/>\nConsumer customer segmentation and subsequent targeting using effective sales route planning and sales point setups in assigned sales area\/region.<br \/>\nAccurately and proactively forecasting stock levels of consumer connectivity devices required to meet the area sales quotas.<br \/>\nDiligent management and monitoring of company field facilities and outdoor equipment in the assigned sales area.<br \/>\nRecruitment, onboarding, and supervision of the consumer sales team comprised of sales executives and sales DSAs.<br \/>\nIncentivising, motivating, and retention of the consumer sales team comprised of sales executives and sales DSAs.<br \/>\nDesigning effective and appealing sales promotions for consumer internet services.<br \/>\nFormulating clearly defined and meaningful sales contests for sales executives and sales DSAs.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Explore application of AI, machine learning, and data science in consumer sales planning and processes.<br \/>\nQualifications:<\/p>\n<p>Grade 12 School Certificate (or Equivalent)<br \/>\nBachelor\u2019s degree (minimum merit) in a business-related discipline<br \/>\nMaster\u2019s degree is a plus.<br \/>\nMinimum of 2 years proven experience in a similar role focused on consumer sales planning, operations, or management of internet\/broadband services.<br \/>\nA valid driving licence.<br \/>\nUse of Microsoft Office (Work, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, OneDrive)<br \/>\nFamiliarity with AI models, machine learning techniques, and data analytics will be an advantage.<br \/>\nStrong understanding of sales strategies, sales operations, customer relationship management, and customer experience best practices.<br \/>\nExcellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and deliver results within defined timelines.<br \/>\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data to drive informed decision-making for onboarding, sales generation, and customer retention within the consumer sales segment.<br \/>\nExceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships, negotiate effectively, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.<\/p>\n<p>Sharing is Caring!
