Twyford International Zambia\u00a0is seeking a proactive\u00a0Compensation Specialist\u00a0with\u00a02\u20133 years of relevant experience\u00a0to support the design, implementation, and administration of competitive compensation and benefits programs for a workforce of approximately 1,000 employees. The role will focus on salary benchmarking, job evaluation, payroll alignment, and compliance with Zambian labor regulations. \nKey Responsibilities
\n\u00b7 Responsible for monthly payroll calculation and payment for all employees, including frontline workers, functional staff. and management, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payroll data
\n\u00b7 Review attendance records and handle exceptions, covering shift work, overtime, comprehensive working hour systems, and hourly\/piece-rate wage model commonly used in the manufacturing industry
\n\u00b7 Responsible for employee registration with NHlMA and NAPSA, ensuring all employees are properly enrolled and compliant with statutory requirements
\n\u00b7 Conduct regular analysis of labor costs and overtime expenses and provide data support and reports to Management
\n\u00b7 Assist in the implementation, calculation, and optimization of compensation policies, piece rate schemes and incentive programs<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Handle employee inquiries related to payroll and compensation, and properly resolve payroll discrepancies, concerns and complaints
\nQualifications & Experience
\nMinimum 2 years of relevant experience
\nAbility to work under pressure
\nStrong sensitivity to data accuracy
\nWiling to work overtime during the payroll processing period
\nPreferably experienced in handling payroll for 500+ employee
