\nWe are looking for qualified, experienced and results-driven individuals to fill in the
\nfollowing positions.
\n1. Audit Clerks- 2
\n2. Accounts Clerks- 2
\n3. Human Resource Assistant-1
\nPosition Description:
\nAudit Clerk
\nReporting to the Head Internal Audit, the Audit Clerk will play a key role in conducting
\nmorning audits of the production process on a day-to-day basis. The role is designed to verify
\nand reconcile inventory records, verify stock returns and ensure all tasks are completed in
\naccordance with established procedures, standards, and safety regulations.
\nREQUIREMENTS
\n1. Full grade twelve certificate with a minimum of 5 credits including English and
\nMathematics.
\n2. The candidate must be a fully paid up member of Zambia Institute of Chartered
\nAccountants (ZICA).
\n3. Must have a minimum professional qualification of ZICA Technician or diploma in
\nAccountancy. ZICA Licentiate\/ACCA level II is an added advantage
\n4. Must be computer literate with a good understanding of SAGE 200, PASTEL Evolution,
\nExcel and Word.
\n5. Three years and above relevant audit experience.
\n6. Aged 25 years and above
\nAccounts Clerk
\nReporting to the Finance Manager, the Accounts Clerk will be responsible for posting
\ntransactions in the SAGE system on a daily basis, reconcile accounts receivables and
\npayments, and prepare assigned financial reports.
\nREQUIREMENTS
\n1. Full grade twelve certificate with a minimum of 5 credits including English and
\nMathematics.
\n2. The candidate must be a fully paid up member of Zambia Institute of Chartered
\nAccountants(ZICA).
\n3. Must have a minimum professional qualification ZICA Technician or diploma in
\nAccountancy. ZICA Licentiate\/ACCA level II is an added advantage

\nHUMAN RESOURCE ASSISTANT
\nReporting to the Human resource manager, this role will be responsible for administrative
\ntasks.
\nREQUIREMENTS FOR HUMAN RESOURCE ASSISTANT
\n1. Full grade twelve certificate with a minimum of five credits including English and
\nmathematics.
\n2. Must have a Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management practicing license.
\n3. Must be a fully paid up member of the Zambia Institute of Human Recourse.
\n4. Must have a minimum professional qualification of a diploma in Human Recourse
\nmanagement.
\n5. Must be computer literate. Knowledge of Microsoft word and Excel a must.
\n6. Not less than three years work experience in human resource.
\n7. Must be 35 years to 45 years
\n8. Any other administrative skills and experience will be an added advantage
