Engage with potential clients, assess their insurance needs, and recommend appropriate policies. Identify and develop new insurance sales opportunities. Assess clients\u2019 insurance needs and recommend suitable policies. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.Job search platform<br \/>\nSummary of Key Responsibilities;<br \/>\nPromote and market the other products and services of the organization that would best suit the needs of the customer.<br \/>\nIdentify and develop new insurance sales opportunities<br \/>\nAssess clients\u2019 Insurance needs and recommend suitable policies<br \/>\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients<br \/>\nMeet and exceed Sales targets and quotas<br \/>\nProvide exceptional Customer Service to ensure Customer satisfaction<br \/>\nStay informed about Industry trends and product knowledge<br \/>\nPrepare and present Sales proposals to clients<br \/>\nProcess policy renewals and amendments<br \/>\nBe responsible for collecting the financial and personal information of the client and reviewing previous financial records and history to determine how much loan amount can be allotted to the customer and ability to pay it back.<br \/>\nCarry out any other duties assigned to you by your supervisors<br \/>\nRequired Essential Skills<br \/>\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills<br \/>\nGood organization skills<br \/>\nExcellent communication skills.<br \/>\nTime management skills<br \/>\nGood Negotiating Skills<br \/>\nInfluencing and Persuasive Skills<br \/>\nPrimary Areas of Accountability:<br \/>\nQualification &amp; Experience:<br \/>\nMinimum Diploma holder in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration or any Commercial field<br \/>\nMust have a minimum of 3+ years of Work Experience in Sales and Marketing of Insurance and Loan Products\/Services<br \/>\nProven experience in Insurance Sales or a Similar role<br \/>\nStrong knowledge of Insurance Products and Services with deep understanding of the insurance industry<br \/>\nAbility to build and maintain client relationships<br \/>\nProfessional appearance and demeanor<br \/>\nMust have knowledge of basic accounting<br \/>\nMust have basic computer software skills and the ability to work within relevant data spreadsheets<br \/>\nAttention to detail and the ability to reason and think quickly is essential for negotiating effectively<br \/>\nQUALIFIED &amp; EXPERIENCED FEMALES ARE ENCOURAGED TO APPLY FOR THIS POSITION<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
