\nWe are looking for\u00a0two Sales & Customer Service Interns\u00a0to join our commercial team. This role is highly practical and field-focused\u2014perfect for someone who wants hands-on experience in\u00a0sales, customer engagement, and fintech distribution.
\nThis is a\u00a03-month internship\u00a0with a clear pathway to a\u00a0full-time role\u00a0for high performers.
\nKey Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Learn and understand Devdraft\u2019s products and value proposition
\nConduct field activations and merchant onboarding
\nEngage potential clients and merchants in person
\nConduct outbound sales and follow-up calls
\nAssist with client onboarding and basic customer support
\nCapture customer feedback and market insights from the field
\nMaintain basic records of leads, conversions, and client interactions
\nRepresent Devdraft professionally in the field<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
Recently completed a degree\/diploma in Business, Marketing, Sales, Economics, or a related field
\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills
\nComfortable with fieldwork and outbound engagement
\nConfident speaking to clients and merchants
\nResults-driven and willing to learn
\nBasic understanding of digital payments or fintech is an advantage
\nAbility to work independently and meet targets<\/p>\n
