\nRole Overview
\nWe are looking for\u00a0two Marketing & Content Creation Interns\u00a0to support our communications and brand growth across\u00a0six social media platforms. This role is ideal for someone who lives online, understands digital culture, and wants hands-on experience in fintech marketing.
\nThis is a\u00a03-month paid internship\u00a0with the opportunity to transition into a\u00a0full-time role\u00a0based on performance after the initial 3 months.
\nKey Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Create, schedule, and publish content across all Devdraft social media platforms
\nAssist with content planning and campaign execution
\nMonitor and respond to comments, DMs, and inbox inquiries
\nSupport community engagement and online brand presence
\nTrack performance metrics across platforms (reach, engagement, growth, conversions)
\nCompile weekly and monthly analytics reports to support data-driven decisions
\nAssist with copywriting for captions, posts, and short-form content
\nSupport basic design needs using canva or photoshop and capcut (carousels, stories, simple graphics)
\nStay up to date with social media trends relevant to fintech and digital products<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
Recently completed a degree\/diploma in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or a related field
\nStrong interest in digital marketing and content creation
\nFamiliarity with major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, etc.)
\nBasic design skills using canva or photoshop and capcut
\nGood copywriting and communication skills
\nComfortable working with data and analytics
\nHighly organized, proactive, and eager to learn
\nInterest in fintech, startups, or technology is a strong advantage<\/p>\n
