The role involves recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration, while supporting a positive and productive work environment.<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities<\/p>\n<p>Plan and implement HR policies and initiatives aligned with company goals<br \/>\nManage recruitment processes, including job adverts, interviews, and selection<br \/>\nHandle employee relations issues and resolve workplace concerns<br \/>\nCoordinate performance management, staff appraisals, and training programs<br \/>\nAdminister employee benefits such as health insurance and retirement plans.<br \/>\nEnsure compliance with labour laws, regulations, and company policies<br \/>\nMaintain HR records and prepare HR reports to support management decisions<\/p>\n<p>Skills Needed<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Excellent communication and interpersonal skills<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0High level of confidentiality and professionalism<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Registered member of ZIRM<br \/>\nRequirements<\/p>\n<p>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field<br \/>\n\u00a0Minimum of 2\u20133 years\u2019 experience in a similar HR role<br \/>\n\u00a0Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labour laws<\/p>\n<p>Sharing is Caring!
