\nFinancials<\/p>\n
Year to Year Revenue growth versus budget for team portfolio
\nYear to Year asset and liability growth versus budget for team portfolio
\nDrive Marketing of the approved bank solution in the public sector
\nIdentify business opportunities and risks for the bank with the private sector
\nReport to unit management on agreed key performance indicators and trends in the public sector<\/p>\n
Customer<\/p>\n
Achieving the delivery of exceptional customer experience against the balanced scorecard standard.
\nManage the base of active customer account base to increase client base.
\nSupport Relationship Manager to track client request\/queries and ensure closed within SLA
\nEffective customer and competitor research and analysis relevant to the bank Alignment and communication of Business unit value proposition to all internal stakeholders
\nDeveloping relationships with a wide range of product specialists within the Group to ensure that transactional banking is delivered through the appropriate channels.<\/p>\n
Internal Processes<\/p>\n
Ensure activities undertaken by other partner units for Public Sector client are aligned to GRZ SLA and protocols.
\nEffective Data management by ensuring expired contracts are attended to against set targets and SLAs.
\nIn collaboration to the Relationship manager ensure that annual KYC refresh of GRZ accounts is up to date
\nContinuously evaluate processes to ensure operational efficiency
\nAudit, Risk and Compliance Management within the Business unit<\/p>\n

Individual contribution against performance standards clarified and agreed.
\nManage own development to increase own competences.
\nFNB values modelled and inculcated.<\/p>\n

CVP<\/p>\n
Constantly enrich the CVP by actively nurturing alliance partnerships that provide significant value-add to the bank\u2019s client experience.
\nRegular review of the CVP to ensure its relevance to client needs.
\nArticulate the CVP to clients effectively to drive client awareness of all available value-adds<\/p>\n
