\nDAILY COORDINATION:\u00a0Project Managers\u00a0\/ Finance
\nWe are looking for\u00a0someone who has experience in an (FMCG)\u00a0FAST MOVING COMMODITY GOODS\u00a0organization\u00a0a reliable and hands-on Warehouse\u00a0Manager\u00a0to support our Event Engineering operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys practical work, is organized, and is interested in\u00a0Stock Management.
\nKey Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Pack, prepare, load, and unload audiovisual and staging equipment (audio, video, lighting, rigging).
\nMust run a monthly stock audit and reporting
\nThis individual must\u00a0monitor\u00a0and manage security of the equipment including oversight\u00a0of insurance\u00a0and related cover\u00a0of company assets
\nCheck equipment for functionality, cleanliness, and completeness before and after events.
\nDispatching company\u00a0vehicles and\u00a0logbook provision,\u00a0refuelling
\nFleet Management\u00a0servicing and regular\u00a0check-ups, licensing
\nInspect returned equipment and report any damage, faults, or missing items.
\nMaintain a clean, safe, and well-organized warehouse environment.
\nPerform basic maintenance tasks (cable coiling, cleaning connectors, visual<\/p>\n
inspections).<\/p>\n
Support\u00a0logistics\u00a0and transport preparation according to job schedules.
\nOccasionally\u00a0assist\u00a0with equipment\u00a0loading in\u00a0and loading\u00a0out\u00a0at event venues.<\/p>\n
Required Skills & Qualifications:<\/p>\n
Physically fit and able to lift and move heavy equipment.
\nBasic organizational skills and ability to follow procedures and checklists.
\nWillingness to learn and work as part of a team.
\nReliable, punctual, and adaptable to changing schedules.
\nCharted Institute of Purchasing and supply\u00a0(CIPS) with a bias in stock management<\/p>\n
Mandatory:\u00a0Valid Driver\u2019s License (Class\u00a0B\u00a0and C1).
\nOptional (Class C) Light trucks and transporters<\/p>\n
Added Advantage:<\/p>\n
Previous\u00a0experience in an FMCG\u00a0warehouse,\u00a0logistics, AV rental, or events<\/p>\n
environment.<\/p>\n
Familiarity with audiovisual or technical equipment.
\nForklift operation experience or\u00a0additional\u00a0driving qualifications.<\/p>\n
Working Conditions:<\/p>\n
Warehouse-based role with frequent physical activity.
\nMay require early mornings, evenings, and weekend work depending on event schedules.
\nOccasional work at event venues.
\nTravel<\/p>\n
