\nPosition Summary
\nThe\u00a0Accounts Assistant\u00a0will be responsible for providing accounting and administrative support to ensure accurate financial records and efficient office operations. The role requires a disciplined, detail-oriented professional with sound accounting knowledge and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced professional services environment.
\nKey Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Maintain accurate financial records through proper bookkeeping and data entry
\nPrepare, process, and file invoices, receipts, and payment documentation
\nPerform bank, cash, and account reconciliations on a regular basis
\nAssist in the preparation of financial reports, schedules, and summaries
\nSupport payroll processing and statutory documentation where required
\nEnsure proper filing and maintenance of accounting and administrative records
\nManage office correspondence and support general administrative functions
\nLiaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to support operational efficiency<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements<\/p>\n
Degree in Accounting or Finance; ZICA or ACCA qualifications are an added advantage
\nRelevant work experience in the related field will be an added advantage
\nStrong analytical and numerical skills
\nHigh level of accuracy with excellent attention to detail
\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel\u00a0and\u00a0any ERP\u00a0and sound knowledge of accounting principles
\nAbility to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
\nWillingness to learn and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment<\/p>\n
