Ensure proper execution of transport and logistics activities linked to equipment order<\/p>\n
What will be your responsibilities?<\/p>\n
1.Checking data linked to equipment orders<\/p>\n
Production of accurate and up-to-day follow-up reports
\nGood communication of data<\/p>\n
2.Supervision of Transport and Logistics of equipment orders
\nRFQ & tariffs management<\/p>\n
Settlement of transport & logistics solutions
\nOperational follow-up
\nAdmin management of transport and logistics in the ERP (record PO, update of delivery information)
\nCost optimization
\nRespect of contract obligations<\/p>\n

\n3.Perfect coordination with Sales & Procurement Administration inside Equipment Supply Chain Operations<\/p>\n
Who are we looking for?<\/p>\n
Bachelor in Foreign Trade or similar
\nFluent in French and English
\n1-3 years experience in a similar position in the distribution sector (automotive is a +)
\nGood knowledge of import\/export business principles<\/p>\n
