\n2.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Workshop Foreman \u2013 Administration (1 Position \u2013 Ndola)
\nMain Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Supervision of all Technicians in Diagnosing, maintaining and repairing vehicle systems which include engine, transmission, clutch, suspension, brakes and pneumatics system.
\nAble to diagnose and repair both European & Chinese engines such as Renaults, Volvo, Shacman etc.
\nEnsure that the creation of task on Mastruck are done effectively and correctly including spare parts requests & allocation on trucks.
\nRoutine inspections of maintenance work in the Workshop.
\nAttending to\/manage breakdowns outside workstation timeously
\nSupport in development of routine work plans in the workshop.
\nBreakdown, Light Motor Vehicle, Component replacement and General Maintenance.
\nSupervision of delegated tasks to all Technicians & general management of the workshop.
\nPlanning vehicle service schedules for all vehicles and equipment.
\nEnsure that personnel under supervision adhere to step by step procedure on both the trailer & horse, health and safety policies.
\nEnsure that vehicles are road worthy in terms of mechanical fitness (Quality Check).
\nPerform any other duties assigned by superiors.<\/p>\n
Qualifications and Experience<\/p>\n
Must have a Diploma\/Craft certificate qualification in Automotive Mechanics \/Auto Electrical from a recognized institution
\nFull Grade 12 Certificate and a member of EIZ
\n5 years\u2019 minimum experience in a busy workshop as workshop foreman or senior mechanic. Experience in the transport industry an added advantage
\nAt least two years in a supervisory role with a valid driver\u2019s license<\/p>\n
2.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Auto Electrician (4 Positions \u2013 Ndola)
\nMain Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Perform diagnostic electrical tests from horse to trailer when needed and handle all electrical duties on trucks including Light Motor Vehicles
\nAttending to all electrical breakdowns outside workstation timeously
\nOverhaul of all electrical components.
\nServicing and repairing of all electrical units such as starter motors, wiper motors, battery maintenance and services.
\nEnsure that vehicles are road worthy in terms of fitness electrically
\nPerform any other duties assigned by superiors.<\/p>\n
Qualifications and Experience<\/p>\n
Must have a Certificate in Automotive Electrical from a recognized institution
\nFull Grade 12 Certificate and a member of EIZ
\nAt least 3 years\u2019 experience in a busy workshop
\nExperience in a trucking Company and diagnose European & Chinese vehicles an added advantage.<\/p>\n
3.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Auto Mechanic (10 Positions Ndola)
\nMain Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Diagnosing, maintaining and repairing vehicle systems which include engine, transmission, clutch, suspension, brakes and pneumatics system
\nConduct routine service\/maintenance works on vehicles as required
\nAttend breakdowns outside workstation timeously
\nContribute to planning of works in the workshop
\nEnsure that vehicles are road worthy in terms of fitness

4.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Stores Clerk (2 Positions Ndola)
\nMain Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Receiving spare parts and goods purchased
\nRaising Goods Received Notes (GRNs) for all goods received
\nIssuing goods from stocks upon receipt of stores requisition
\nUpdating stock management system with the goods received and goods issued
\nMonitoring the re-order levels of all stocks and non- stock items
\nRaising the purchase requisition for required stock
\nRecording old spare parts which are used as exchange units
\nDispatching the exchanged units to main workshops
\nPerform any other duties assigned by superiors<\/p>\n
Qualifications and Experience<\/p>\n
Full Grade 12 with a Certificate in Stores Management or Purchasing & Supply. Diploma will be an added advantage
\nExperience in a busy Stores department in a transport logistics Company an added advantage
\nAt least two years\u2019 work experience.<\/p>\n
5.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Tyre Fitters (5 Positions \u2013 Ndola)
\nMain Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Able to work with the Tyre department (Tyre Fitters).
\nExtensive knowledge of truck Tyres.
\nPlanning abilities in the aspect of Tyre fitting based on the jobs at hand.
\nEnsure that there is proper accountability and records management of used and new Tyres.
\nCoordinate with the Tyre supervisor in the aspect of reports, purchase and issuing of Tyres.
\nConduct training to the drivers on several mechanisms on ensuring the life span of Tyres.
\nConducts random inspections to ensure that proper Tyres are always on the trucks.
\nPerform any other duties assigned by superiors<\/p>\n
Qualifications and Experience<\/p>\n
Grade 12 Certificate
\nPrevious Tyre fitter experience from reputable transporters
\nCertificate or Any Craft certificate qualification or any related field
\nMinimum 2- 6 years\u2019 work experience
\nAbility to communicate well, Team player, customer centric and should have a clean record.
\nAbility to adhere to instructions, planning and cost management<\/p>\n

\n6.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Fabricators\/Welders (5 Position \u2013 Ndola)
\nMain Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Reading and understanding blueprints prior to starting a project
\nSourcing the materials to be used in the project
\nMeasuring and cutting materials to specifications
\nWelding materials using the correct materials to join the metals together.
\nChecking finished work to make sure that it falls within the tolerances marked on the blueprints.
\nPerform any other duties assigned by superiors.<\/p>\n

Selecting appropriate cutting tools and setting cutting speeds and feeds.
\nAligning, securing, and adjusting cutting tools and work pieces.
\nMonitoring machine operation and making adjustments as needed.
\nFiling, grinding, and fitting parts together to ensure proper assembly.
\nSmoothing and polishing surfaces of parts or products.
\nKeeping work areas clean and organized.
\nTroubleshooting machine malfunctions.<\/p>\n
