The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing digital loan applications, conducting credit assessments, driving online sales, and ensuring excellent customer experience across all digital channels.<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities<\/p>\n<p>Review and process online loan applications<br \/>\nConduct credit analysis and affordability assessments<br \/>\nVerify client information and supporting documents<br \/>\nCommunicate with clients via phone, email, and digital platforms<br \/>\nEnsure timely loan disbursements and proper documentation<br \/>\nMonitor loan repayments and follow up on arrears<br \/>\nGrow the digital loan book through active online marketing and lead conversion<br \/>\nMaintain accurate records in the loan management system<br \/>\nEnsure compliance with company policies and credit procedures<\/p>\n<p>Requirements<\/p>\n<p>Diploma or Degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field<br \/>\nMinimum 1\u20132 years experience in lending, microfinance, or digital financial services<br \/>\nStrong understanding of credit assessment principles<br \/>\nExcellent communication and customer service skills<br \/>\nStrong sales and target-driven mindset<br \/>\nGood computer skills (Excel, MIS systems, online platforms)<br \/>\nAbility to work independently with minimal supervision<\/p>\n<p>Key Competencies<\/p>\n<p>Attention to detail<br \/>\nAnalytical skills<br \/>\nIntegrity and professionalism<br \/>\nAbility to work under pressure<br \/>\nStrong digital literacy<\/p>\n<p>Sharing is Caring!
