The Sales Executive will actively build client relationships, prepare quotations, conduct site visits, and ensure customer satisfaction.<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities<br \/>\nSales &amp; Business Development<\/p>\n<p>Identify and pursue new business opportunities in residential, corporate, industrial, and institutional markets.<br \/>\nPromote and sell security solutions including CCTV systems, electric fences, access control systems, alarm systems, intercoms, gates, burglar bars, and related fabrication services.<br \/>\nConduct site visits to assess client needs and recommend appropriate security solutions.<br \/>\nPrepare and present proposals, quotations, and tender documents.<br \/>\nNegotiate pricing, terms, and close sales deals.<br \/>\nAchieve agreed monthly and annual sales targets.<\/p>\n<p>Client Relationship Management<\/p>\n<p>Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.<br \/>\nProvide after-sales follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.<br \/>\nRespond promptly to client inquiries and complaints.<br \/>\nMaintain an updated client database and sales pipeline.<\/p>\n<p>Market Intelligence<\/p>\n<p>Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market developments.<br \/>\nIdentify emerging opportunities<\/p>\n<p>Coordination &amp; Reporting<\/p>\n<p>Liaise with technical and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.<br \/>\nEnsure accurate handover of confirmed projects to operations.<br \/>\nPrepare weekly and monthly sales reports.<br \/>\nParticipate in marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and networking events.<\/p>\n<p>Qualifications &amp; Experience<\/p>\n<p>Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or related field.<br \/>\nAt least 3 years experience in sales (experience in security systems, construction, fabrication, or related technical field is an added advantage).<br \/>\nProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.<br \/>\nExperience in B2B and B2C sales environments.<\/p>\n<p>Skills &amp; Competencies<\/p>\n<p>Strong negotiation and closing skills<br \/>\nExcellent communication and presentation skills<br \/>\nTechnical understanding of security systems (or ability to quickly learn)<br \/>\nAbility to conduct site assessments and interpret client requirements<br \/>\nSelf-motivated and target-driven<br \/>\nGood networking and relationship-building skills<br \/>\nProficiency in Microsoft Office<\/p>\n<p>Sharing is Caring!
