\n\u2022 Medically fit \u2022 Reliable \u2022 Work in a safe manner i.e. Ensure all safety requirements are adhered too \u2022 Prepared to work shifts, weekends and public holidays \u2022 Clean criminal record \u2022 Must have own reliable transport to and from work \u2022 Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery used in cleaning \u2022 Ability to walk, bend, push, pull and lift repetitively during working hours \u2022 Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as a team \u2022\u00a0 \u2022 Self-motivation and the ability to identify and complete needed tasks without direct supervision \u2022 Able to carry out all reasonable instructions from Supervisor \u2022 great understand of picking canes in the fields and bundling<\/p>\n
