Duties & Responsibilities
\n\u2022 Servicing of company\u00a0\u00a0vehicles\u00a0to predefined checklists \u2022 Attend to breakdowns and carry out the necessary repairs on Earth Moving Equipment \u2022 Apply Health & Safety rules and regulations in all aspects of job \u2022 Ensure vehicles are kept in line with legal requirements and company policies i.e. roadworthy etc. \u2022 Maintain a safe and clean working place at all times \u2022 Administer regular reporting to management regarding breakdowns, services etc \u2022 Perform ancillary duties to the above as determined by management on an ongoing basis<\/p>\n

\nAn opportunity has arisen for a\u00a0Mechanic: responsible for the repairing and maintenance of all diesel\/petrol\/ machines, motor vehicles, pumps, generators in a company. Diagnoses, identifies and rectifies mechanical problems on vehicles and equipment. Plans work procedure. Overhauls or replaces carburettors, blowers, generators, distributors, starters and pumps. Rebuilds parts such as crankshafts and cylinder blocks.<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements
\n\u2022 Qualified Artisan or 5 year recognized apprentice \u2022 Valid driver\u2019s license, preferably EC \u2022 Up to 3 years\u2019 experience<\/p>\n
