\nFarm Foremen
\nFarm Mechanic:\u00a0Agricultural Mechanic (tractors, implements, irrigation systems, pumps and general farm equipment)<\/p>\n
Role Overview
\nSuccessful candidates will be responsible for overseeing daily farm operations, managing teams, maintaining equipment and infrastructure, and ensuring production targets and quality standards are achieved. These roles require individuals who are practical, hands-on, and able to work effectively in large-scale commercial farming environments.<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements (Role Dependent)<\/p>\n
Relevant agricultural qualification (advantageous for management roles)
\nProven experience in commercial farming or orchard management
\nStrong leadership and staff management skills (managers and foremen)
\nTechnical expertise in farm machinery maintenance and repairs (mechanic role)
\nExperience with irrigation systems
\nAbility to work independently and problem-solve effectively
\nWillingness to be based on farm in Zambia<\/p>\n
