ENGAGEMENT OF GRAPHICS DESIGNER ON RETAINER BASIS
\nThe Zambia Institute of Mass Communications Educational Trust (ZAMCOM) invites qualified and experienced Graphics Designers to submit expressions of interest for engagement on a retainer basis.
\nBackground
\nZAMCOM operates in a dynamic academic, training, and media environment that requires consistent, high-quality visual communication to support its academic programmes, Continuing Professional Development (CPD) activities, commercial ventures, and digital platforms. To strengthen institutional branding, marketing effectiveness, and operational efficiency, the Institute seeks to contract a Graphics Designer to provide ongoing professional design services.
\nScope of Services
\nThe selected consultant will be required to provide graphic design support including, but not limited to:<\/p>\n
Redesign of Institution Brand Guide<\/p>\n
\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Design of Strategic Plan & Annual Reports when and as the need arises
\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Marketing collateral to include but not limited to fliers, banners, back drops, letterhead business cards, etc
\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Design of academic and CPD promotional materials (posters, brochures)<\/p>\n
Development of digital marketing creatives for social media and web platforms
\nPreparation of corporate branding materials (reports, proposals, presentations)
\nEvent branding and materials (banners, certificates, programmes)
\nBranding support for commercial units and institutional platforms
\nDesign of stakeholder communication materials<\/p>\n
\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Any other designs as directed by Marketing & Corporate Affairs
\nEligibility Requirements
\nInterested applicants must demonstrate:<\/p>\n
Proven experience in graphic design and visual communication
\nProficiency in industry-standard design software
\nStrong portfolio of relevant work
\nAbility to deliver consistent, high-quality outputs within constricted timelines
\nUnderstanding of brand management principles
\nExcellent communication and professional reliability
\nConsultant should have a minimum of a Diploma in Computer Science or any other related field
\nConsultant should provide 3 referees<\/p>\n

\nProposed monthly retainer fee

Duration of Engagement
