Execute non routine activities such as NPD, trials, projects to allow operations and maintenance teams to focus on routines. Point of contact for packaging process technical specifications.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<br \/>\nKey Roles and Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<p>Occupational Health, Safety and Risk Ensure that Brewery quality and safety targets are met<br \/>\nEnsure overall reliability of production Process optimisation and asset management and plant availability<br \/>\nAdherence to AB InBev and global packaging quality standards<br \/>\nEnsure Packaging strategy implementation and support<br \/>\nEnsure line audits are complete by machine as per Zone Technical Experts guidelines<br \/>\nEnsure training need analyses are conducted and training plans developed for team members Ensure appropriate competencies are developed in the team, and ensure cross skilling occurs within the packaging shift team<br \/>\nProvide coaching and mentorship to Packaging Levels 1,2,3<br \/>\nAnalyses plant performance data to identify opportunities for performance improvement and waste reduction<br \/>\nAnalyses plant failure modes and investigate causes for repeat failures to correct root causes<\/p>\n<p>Key Attributes and Competencies:<\/p>\n<p>A superior performance track record indicating a disciplined work ethic with passion for problem solving and continuous improvement<br \/>\nExcellent understanding of VPO Effective communication skills<br \/>\nGood presentation skills<\/p>\n<p>Self-managed and assertiveness<\/p>\n<p>Must have the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the business Creative and broad-minded thinker<br \/>\nDynamic personality<br \/>\nMust be a Change agent (Influential power), Self-starter and energetic<br \/>\nProvide operational support to autonomous shift-based teams on process problem solving, supplying expert advice and guidance<br \/>\nWillingness to challenge the \u201cstatus quo\u201d and uphold process and quality standards within the operational environment<br \/>\nCoaching and mentoring: with deviations addressed through the non-conformance management procedure and capin process<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nMinimum Requirements:<\/p>\n<p>Relevant Degree (Elec, Mech, Industrial, Instrumental)<br \/>\nBelt training<br \/>\nPackaging Technical \/ Management \/ Global Management Trainee<br \/>\nAt least 3-5 years factory production experience and a management level<br \/>\nProven people management<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nAdditional Information:<\/p>\n<p>Band: VII<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<br \/>\nABInBev is an equal opportunity employer, and all appointments will be made in line with ABInBev employment equity plan and talent requirements.
