At the same time, they will contribute operational value by assisting with content creation, stakeholder engagement, media monitoring, and communication campaigns.<br \/>\nPosition<br \/>\nThe program is based on the following fundamental learning activities<\/p>\n<p>Media Relations (Primary)<br \/>\nDraft press releases, advisories, and holding statements<br \/>\nPrepare background briefs and fact sheets for journalist queries<br \/>\nConduct daily media monitoring and flag risks\/opportunities<br \/>\nMaintain media contacts database and track engagement<br \/>\nSupport interviews, site visits, and media events<br \/>\nAssist with media reporting and post-event evaluations<br \/>\nInternal Communications (Primary)<br \/>\nDraft\/edit newsletters, intranet posts, and Knowledge Bites<br \/>\nSupport leadership communications (emails, memos, presentations)<br \/>\nPrepare materials for town halls and campaigns<br \/>\nManage internal communication calendars and pipelines<br \/>\nSupport employee engagement initiatives<br \/>\nExternal Communications &amp; Digital Content (Secondary)<br \/>\nPlan, schedule, and report on social media content<br \/>\nCreate digital assets (videos, infographics, blogs, photos)<br \/>\nEnsure brand consistency in external materials<br \/>\nTrack and report digital performance metrics<br \/>\nPublic Affairs &amp; Government Relations (Exposure)<br \/>\nMonitor policies and regulatory updates<br \/>\nAssist with stakeholder mapping and tracking<br \/>\nPrepare advocacy briefs, meeting notes, and engagement summaries<br \/>\nAttend selected stakeholder meetings for learning<br \/>\nCommunity Investments &amp; Sustainability (Exposure)<br \/>\nSupport community engagement projects and reporting<br \/>\nContribute to ESG reporting inputs<br \/>\nDraft CI communication materials (brochures, case studies, success stories)<br \/>\nSupport stakeholder communication linked to community investments<br \/>\nOn-the-Job Training Approach<br \/>\nStructured mentorship within CAC<br \/>\nHands-on assignments on live projects and campaigns<br \/>\nShadowing team members in meetings and engagements<br \/>\nProgressive responsibility from support tasks to independent deliverables<br \/>\nRegular feedback and coaching sessions with the CAC Manager<\/p>\n<p>Requirements<\/p>\n<p>Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Public Relations, or Mass Communication<br \/>\nMust be a 2024\/2025 University Graduate with a credit or better.<br \/>\nInternship experience in communications, PR, or related fields is an added advantage.<br \/>\nExcellent command of English, both oral and written.<br \/>\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently.<br \/>\nDetail-oriented, accurate, structured, and well-organized in approach.<br \/>\nProactive and a fast learner, with a strong sense of urgency, and a collaborative team player.<br \/>\nHigh level of confidentiality and ability to handle sensitive information appropriately.<br \/>\nAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks effectively.<\/p>\n<p>What To Expect<br \/>\nExpect wellbeing initiatives, flexible work arrangements, growth opportunities, and excellent benefits, including a unique family leave policy.<br \/>\nFor more details on local policies, speak with the Talent Advisor.<br \/>\nApplications close on Monday, 23 February 2026.<br \/>\nAre you ready to join us?
