\nJob Description
\nJOB PURPOSE
\nTo facilitate the implementation of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM)at ZCCM-IH and its subsidiaries. The scope covers all ZCCM-IH departments and directorates, including subsidiaries. The job entails providing risk support and training to all stakeholders, as well as constant monitoring of the Risk landscape, and providing Management and Board reporting.
\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
\n1.1\u00a0 Support implementation of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) policies and procedures (all risk management frameworks & guidelines)\u00a0to mitigate risks.
\n1.2\u00a0 Support the Implementation of Strategic risk Management (Monitoring & Reporting) across the company and subsidiaries.
\n1.3\u00a0 Support the Implementation of Fraud Risk Management and Ethics Program to support the business and staff.
\n1.4\u00a0 Track and support closure of open audit issues and risk register action plans.
\n1.5\u00a0 Support the Implementation of Business Continuity Management as part of positioning the company for any eventualities.
\n1.6\u00a0 Support risk assessment for Systems\/Process in development to reduce inherent risks.
\n1.7\u00a0 Support Third Party Risk as part of the Supply Chain and vendor process risk management.
\n1.8\u00a0 Support the cultivation of a Risk aware culture and development across the entity & subsidiaries through Risk Awareness & Training
\n1.9\u00a0 Support the Provide Subsidiary Risk Oversight (Risk Profiling, Risk Training & Support) to ensure consistent risk management practises.
\n1.10Support the Preparation of Management\u00a0and Board Risk Reporting to position any risk matters.\u00a0
\nJob Requirements
\nQUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
\nMinimum level of academic qualifications required to perform effectively in the role
\nDegree in Economics\/ Finance\/ Business\/ Mathematics, Statistics\/ Accounts or equivalent
\nMinimum level of professional qualification required to perform effectively in the role
\nCertification in Enterprise Risk Management (ISO31000\/CERP)
\nCertified Risk Analyst (CRA)\/ Certified Enterprise Risk Officer\/ (CERO), or equivalent\/ Risk Management Certifications
